Between is a duet about two people trying to stay close while also trying to pull away.

Words, touch and physical resistance run through the work. A gesture of support can quickly become control; an attempt to leave can turn into another reason to hold on. The dancers push, catch, carry and interrupt each other, constantly shifting between dependence and resistance.

Between looks at the things that are difficult to say directly in a relationship. Sometimes the body reveals them first.
